Teaming up to promote literacy

The University of Phoenix Read.Play.Win!SM literacy program has expanded throughout the United States with the help of successful partnerships within local communities. The goal of the partnerships is to motivate students to read, and in turn open up their minds to new worlds of opportunities. Studies show that students who spend more time reading achieve higher grades.

The University of Phoenix Read.Play.Win! program-wide partners include the Boys & Girls Clubs, Houston A+ Challenge, Houston Rockets, Sugar Land Skeeters, Cheyenne Warriors and the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, who are working closely to give students the tools they need to succeed.
